On behalf of Skate Australia Limited and Skate New South Wales, the Skate Australia Speed Technical Committee presents the 2024 Skate Australia Speed National Championships.

The 2024 Championships are open to skaters from all Skate Australia Limited affiliated State Associations as well as countries affiliated to World Skate. Approval letter from national federations for international skaters must accompany nominations.

The ROAD competition venue is located, Jamison Park Netball Courts, York Road, Penrith, NSW 2750.

Circuit dimensions and course diagram to be confirmed.

Speed Officials and Speed Technical Meeting will be held at this venue on Sunday 14 January 2024 between 3:00 - 5:00 pm.

State Team Road Training times will be advised after nominations close.

The FLAT TRACK competition venue is Whitlam Leisure Centre, 90A Memorial Avenue, Liverpool NSW.

Please note: a wheel testing opportunity will be arranged by the Skate Australia Speed TC and Skate NSW, no private bookings will be accepted by the venue. Cost to be advised.

MARATHON venue to be confirmed. A tentative booking is currently held at the Narellan Criterium Circuit.

SKATENSW SPEED STATE TEAM DECLARATION

Declaration portal for all Skaters wishing to represent the SkateNSW Speed State Team at the Skate Australia Speed National Championships.

In order to register and be considered for the State Team, Skaters must:

- be a Competitive Skate Australia Member (SkateNSW CAT1 Premium)*

- only enter events they are eligible to enter (Age/Standard)

- ONLINE FORM MUST BE COMPLETED BY SUNDAY 26TH NOVEMBER 2023

Please select the number of Event Nomination Fees per event in order to calculate the total fee.

Nomination payment receipts are due Thursday 30th November 2023.

Local Sporting Champions Grant Program

Sport Australia has released a new grant scheme for junior athletes ages 12-18 to compensate for travel and accommodation when playing championship matches. $500 is available as a base award for successful applicants, and additional funds are available depending on your circumstances.
