SkateNSW Artistic is pleased to invite all skaters from Rising Stars to Championship level, as well as all coaches and officials, to the Skate NSW Artistic Summer Skate Camp on the 13-14th of January 2024.

The workshop will be presented by SkateNSW's own International recognised World Skate Level 3 Coaches, Esther Ambrus and Gawaine Davis, ably assisted by:

• Alexandra Ravenscroft-Mulvey (International level skater / Advanced Coach / National Official - Technical Specialist)
• Robert Karp (International level skater / Advanced Coach / National Official - Technical Specialist)
• Briony Beckett (World Skate International Judge / National Official - Gold Level Judge and Referee) TBC
• Jessalyn Brown (Australian Representative / Intermediate Coach) TBC

NSW is fortunate to have two Australian Coaches recognised by World Skate, Esther Ambrus & Gawaine Davis, who along with International level Athletes, Alexandra Ravenscroft-Mulvey and Robert Karp (who are also Advanced Level Coaches, and Officials - with both being National level Technical Specialists). 

We are also very fortunate to have International Judge Briony Beckett present as well. 

The seminar will be open to SkateNSW CAT 1, 2 or 3 members (CAT 4 members can upgrade to CAT 3) and aimed at Rising Stars to Championship level skaters, with a strong emphasis on inclusivity and interclub friendship.

The seminar will cover a range of skills, including:

- Off-skate session for fitness, conditioning and flexibility

- Technical skills relevant to all skating disciplines (Freeskating, Dance, and Figures)

- Artistic Skills and Choreography

- Off Skate Creative Dance Sessions with guest presenter (TBC)

This workshop will continue the work of the NSW Talent ID program.
