Tweed Valley Rollers (TVR) together with Northern Rivers Roller Derby (NRRD) are once again hosting a 2 day roller derby tournament in beautiful Byron Bay!
2 Full days of Roller Derby Action!
Games commence at 9am and will be played on the hour, with a 1 hour lunch break at 1pm.
Teams will battle it out in a Round Robin Style Tournament
Each team will play a total of 5 games throughout the two day event.
Games will be 20 minute halves with a five minute half time.
The winners at the conclusion of the 2 days will be determined by means of highest points achieved after fielding a win/loss/draw result.
Skaters are welcome to test the floor Friday evening, while the track is being installed.

Note: Volunteers must register if they are involved in the event - Volunteer Registration is Free, and includes (non skating) insurance for the event.

There is now provision for Skate Australia members to participate in mixed teams (ie Skate Australia and Skate Victoria members).
Please note all event Officials (those participants in charge of the event requiring qualification) must be Skate Australia members.
Non Members Officials with Insurance Cover for their participation in this event, may register as a Skate Australia Associate Member.
It is the event organiser responsibility to ensure all participants are correctly covered for the event (ie if there is a player participating without the correct level of insurance this may affect the cover provided).
Participation with Non-Skate Australia / Non-Skate Victoria members is not permitted (Non members will need to be insured with either Skate Australia or Skate Victoria).
All Non Skate Australia members may join Skate Australia/SkateNSW as a SkateNSW Roller Derby member:

Non-Member Event Insurance is a non-member non-upgradeable event insurance cover.
