The single largest training event on the Roller Derby calendar in the southern hemisphere, Derby Fest takes place next January on the Gold Coast, Australia. Drawing together admired and up and coming coaches from around the world, it is a melting pot of knowledge, skills and sharing.

Hundreds of skaters, spectators, stallholders, referees, NSO’s and derby fanatics gather under a single roof in a marathon of skating and fun. Run over three days, the event offers coaching sessions for adults of all skill levels with content ranging from jamming, blocking, strategy, skills and even ramp skating. There are also off skate sessions for all the people that contribute behind the scenes. There are also themed days and the evenings come alive with challenge bouts featuring event coaches. If you have ever wanted to skate alongside or against your idols, this is will be your chance.
