IMPORTANT NOTICE - All skaters 12 years and over registered with Skate Australia must have shown evidence of completion of Level 1 ASDA Anti-Doping Course.

SKATENSW ARTISTIC STATE TEAM DECLARATION

Declaration portal for all Skaters wishing to represent the SkateNSW Artistic State Team at the Skate Australia Artistic National Championships.

In order to register and be considered for the State Team, Skaters must:

- be a Competitive Skate Australia Member (SkateNSW CAT1 Premium)*

- only enter events they are eligible to enter (Age/Standard)

- ONLINE FORM MUST BE COMPLETED BY FRIDAY 19th MAY 2017

 

Note you may select the number of Event Nomination Fees per event in order to calculate the total fee, but DO NOT PAY until your place in the Team has been confirmed.

The SkateNSW Artistic Team will be announced no later than Sunday 21st May 2017 (at the State Championships), with nomination payment receipts also due Sunday 21st May 2017 (following confirmation of the team)

*** NOTE: Any nominations made without proof of payment by 9:00am Monday 22nd May 2017 will not nominated as part of the NSW State Team

 

State Team Uniforms can be ordered on the SkateNSW Shop (orders/deposit must be made by 29th May 2017).

Team Manager

Volunteers that wish to attend the Australian Championships as a SkateNSW Artistic Team Manager, please register as a "Team Manager - RSVP", complete the attached form (State Team Team Manager - 2017.pdf) and email it to the SkateNSW Artistic Committee.
