High Performance at Home aims to keep the community active and healthy while working remotely. The freshly launched initiative from the NSW Institute of Sport brings world-class, high performance expertise straight to the home.
The campaign will help everyday Australians maintain their physical and mental wellbeing at home, and also includes advice from the expert nutrition team at NSWIS. The campaign will include a range of tailored infographics, video content and information, and will be shared across social media, as well as being available on the NSWIS website.
To launch High Performance at Home , the NSWIS strength and conditioning team have put together a 12-15 minute Daily Flexibility Routine which you can complete at home.
